Use of the Service

Frink grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or professional purposes to create a link-in-bio page, add links, and view analytics.

You agree not to misuse the Service or violate any applicable laws (e.g. no illegal or infringing content).

Account, Content & User Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate, current information when registering or updating your profile.
• You are solely responsible for the content you add (links, bio, images). You must ensure you have rights to any content, and it must not infringe third-party rights or include illegal/harmful content.

Subscriptions & Payments (If applicable)

If you subscribe for Pro or paid features (e.g. for removing branding or unlocking extra customization), payment is handled via the relevant store (App Store / Google Play). We don’t store your payment or card data.

Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms (illegal activity, misuse, etc.).
• You may delete your account at any time.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use (or inability to use) the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms occasionally. We will publish the updated version and highlight a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in this region.
